Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual goods. We reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information that may appear and, at our discretion, will cancel your order or offer you an option to select a diamond of equal or greater value.
Return Policy
Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL will offer a full refund or exchange if you receive a defective piece of jewelry or are unsatisfied with an item you received under the following conditions:
If any item in your order turns out to be faulty, please return the items to Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL with a copy of the delivery note, call the Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL customer expert team to obtain a returns number and also indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange.
Our promise to replace the item or refund does not apply to defects or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
If you change your mind, you can return any product to Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL, unopened and in perfect condition, within 30 days of receiving delivery:
For online orders, a refund can be requested within 30 days.
An exchange can only be requested for purchases made in our showrooms within 15 days of purchase.
Contact the Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL customer relations team to obtain a return number, include the reason the product was returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding the original delivery charge) or an exchange.
Except for faulty or unsuitable goods, where your legal rights are not affected, personalized goods made to the customer's specifications cannot be returned.

Order cancellation
To cancel an order, email us at office@comerciantidediamante.ro within 48 hours and our team will cancel and refund the original payment method for you. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that include custom jewelry or engraving items as they have already been processed. If we cannot deliver the order within the standard delivery times, you have the right to cancel the order without penalty. If you cancel the contract, we will refund the price you paid for the goods, this will not include the delivery fee if you canceled after the order has been shipped, also not a service provided by us, such as a delivery service special. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means that the goods must be unused.
Delivery address
All deliveries will be made to your address specified in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of the order separately. If we are unable to deliver the products to the address you have specified for any reason, we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to re-ship your products, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit / debit card for such re-delivery. If we are unable to contact you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to you, less any delivery charges we have already incurred.
A signature will be required to receive your order and you will be responsible for the products you receive as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products will pass to you after we have received payment in full.
If you decide to send your order to an address other than your own, a signature will still be required and the general delivery conditions will remain unchanged.
