Order Delivery Policy

Products available in stock are delivered within 2 working days. For custom-made products, the delivery time may vary depending on supplier availability or the complexity of the jewelry.

All products will be delivered in a special gift jewelry box, along with the warranty certificate. The package will be insured and will require a signature upon receipt. Please make sure you use a suitable delivery address so that someone can sign for receipt.

Deliveries will be made to the address you specified in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of the order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to the address you specified for any reason, we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver your products, you will need to authorize us to debit your credit/debit card for such redelivery. If we cannot contact you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment, less the delivery costs we have already incurred.

A signature will be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products received as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products will pass to you after we have received full payment.

If you decide to send your order to an address other than your own, a signature will still be required, and the general delivery conditions will remain unchanged.
